Some notes: Melor began as my idiosyncratic project of designing a curvy, squarish sanserif typeface. I wanted to design a full family but for various reasons it ended up with only regular and thin. There was also a plan for true italics but never realized. For now Melor is finally out there I want to take a break from type design, maybe I will work on a serif typeface, if there is time.
A new website for my studio has just launched: www.miphol.com. But, currently it is still in beta because it looks horrible in IE 6.0. I have tested it in Firefox, OmniWeb, Safari, Opera, and Camino on Mac OS X, so basically every browser except for IE should not have any problem.
The background image changes upon every reload, so I had to use some transparent .png files, but as you all know IE 6 does not support transparent .png files, alas. I will try to figure out a way to work it around.
